Recent studies have indicated that the majority of professional speakers and/or facilitators only take out Professional Liability and/or Public Liability cover when required to meet client contractual obligations, meaning that many in the Industry have no protection for themselves, or the Industry they represent. We also discovered that due to the diversity of the activities being undertaken by professional speakers and/or facilitators , it has been difficult to find one insurer who would address either some, or all, of the activities for which members may be involved.
NSAA and Parmia have found a solution for our ever-growing Industry and to help NSAA members protect themselves and their business, as well as minimise the risk for their clients.
We are pleased to offer an Industry insurance service where NSAA members can be insured under a broad policy, combining both Professional Indemnity and Public Liaility Insurance, which is specifically tailored to meet the needs of members of the NSAA, but utilises the anticipated volume of members to offer highly competitive premiums.

Automatically covers a wide range of activities including but not limited to Facilitators/Trainers; Consultants; Mentors/Coaches; Speakers; Educators/Tutors/Lecturers; Assessors/Advisors; Human Resources Specialists; Learning and Development Professionals; and other as declared and agreed upon submission to the Insurer.

Other activities can also be insured at minimal or no cost, subject to acceptance by the insurer, and subject to their terms and conditions.

Each client enjoys there own Individual Policy and own Policy Limits whilst still taking advantage of the broader cover at lower costs due to the endorsement by NSAA (this is not a Master Policy with shared limis)
