Since the collapse of HIH and FAI Insurance, and other global factors which have influenced the insurance market, the cost of professional indemnity insurance for Surveyors and other Professional Advisers has skyrocketed, whilst the cover afforded has generally been reduced by exclusions, policy conditions and increased or introduced excesses.
Unlike many other insurance brokers who have negotiated a "deal" with just one insurer, we are not restricting Surveyors to one facility. We have full access to most Professional Indemnity insurers, including but not limited to QBE, ACE, CGU, Vero etc. - up to 80 different insurers or insurer agencies. On this basis, we can generally guarantee that the cover we can offer is at least as competitive as you currently enjoy, but with our unique approach to structuring insurance programs, have the opportunity of perhaps obtaining a broader cover and/or lower premium cost.

Many "Off the Shelf" Surveyor Insurance Policies automatically presume the coverage that you need, offering insurance protection for many exposures which are unnecessary, or leaving out important policy covers for your particular exposures.
Our facility only provides indemnity for what your specific business requires. It is specifically designed to meet your needs and your individual requirements. Whilst policies generally available include Fire & Nominated Perils; Burglary; Money; Glass Breakage; etc, only the insurance protection you elect will be effected on your behalf. If additional protection outside the normal policy covers are needed, our facility is flexible enough to cater for these additional requirements within our insurance facility.
